Weather patterns are changing all over the world but guess what?  Not here in Sunny Cape Coral, Florida!  Our climate in SW Florida is wonderful, warm, sunshine almost every day.  So, in Cape Coral you can swim, boat, golf or whatever outdoor activity you enjoy all year long! 

Which rear exposure is Right for me?

With the rise in new construction, primarily in the Southwest Cape Coral the question of which exposure should I choose becomes important.  It seems that most European and Canadian Buyers prefer Southern and then Western.  Southern offers the best sun to keep the pool warm.  The sun is over the house most of the day.  Western exposure lots offer fabulous sunsets on the waterfront canals in Cape Coral but typically the sun becomes too bright late in the day.  Read more...

Another Successful Relay for Life

Relay for Life has been part of the Raso Realty Family since 2001.  We became aware of the event and did our first Relay inFort Myers,Florida.  We realized what a great event for the American Cancer Society the Relay for Life is, so our own Gloria Tate along with Sheryl Leftwich chaired the first Relay inCape Coral.
