Cape Coral Real Estate Agent Linda BiondiOriginally from New Jersey, I moved with my family moved to Cape Coral in 1989. I became a Realtor in December, 1989, went to work with Raso Realty Inc. and have been associated with them ever since. My specialties are residential real estate including homes, condos and vacant land in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers area.

Professionally, I have been a member of the Association of Realtors of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach where I served and chaired various committees including Member Benefits and Orientation. Currently I am a member of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors ,the Cape Coral Association Multiple Listing, and Women’s Council of Realtors. I hold the LTG and PMN designations and have been in the Honor Society.

I joined the Cape Coral Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors in 1992 and became involved both locally and on state on committees. Locally I was the Cape Coral Chapter president in 2001, and for the state of Florida a District Vice-President in 2003 and a governor in 2005.

Being very active in my community, I currently serve as Vice President of the Charles J. Bonaparte Lodge # 2504, Sons of Italy and serve the Grand Lodge of Florida as the the Cancer Charity Chairman. Locally in Cape Coral, we host the Annual Columbus Day Parade and Italian Food Festival. On the State level, the 40+ local lodges raised over
$ 16,000 last year for the American Cancer Society.

Relay for Life, an American Cancer Society Fundraiser, has become a huge part of our life. Being involved in bringing this event to Cape Coral about 8 years ago, I’ve been a Team Captain, Team Recruitment, Team Mentor for all the Cape Coral teams and very active in the planning committee for the event. My family even Relays in Upshur County, West Virginia each July.

I’ve been married to Bob for 24 years. We have a daughter Chris, son-in-law Jimmie and 3 grandsons, David, Branden, and AJ. We also added our little puppy, Bella to our family this year!
