Ralph Sangiovanni moved to Florida in 1974 after coming down on a 30 day vacation. He fell in love with Paradise and never went back to the Bronx, NY and made Cape Coral his home.

He immediately saw the endless opportunities that were available here for a great lifestyle and that are still available today. Ralph has extensive background in both residential and commercial design and construction, having worked in both lead and management positions on some of the largest projects in Lee County.Ralph helped build Cape Coral High School, Pelican Elementary School, The Landings Steamboat Bend & Flagship Subdivisions as well as the Justice Center in Ft. Myers, the Collier County Maintenance and Transportation Building and numerous other commercial projects as well as very upscale homes and remodeling of kitchens & bathrooms. Ralph designed an award winning home (Villa Toscana) which won the Cape Coral Construction Industy Association Best of in 8 categories and the Best of Show award from the Ft. Myers News Press Awards in 2008.

Having lived in Cape Coral for over 35 years, Ralph has witnessed the tremendous transformation of the City of Cape Coral from a mere population of 12,000 to over 170,000 today. Combining longevity in Cape Coral with an extensive construction background, Ralph offers his customers a wealth of both local and construction knowledge. Ralph loves music and has enjoyed a side career as a D-J for over 14 years. As a wedding Disc-Jockey, He has over 1,000 weddings to his credit. Ralph is fluent in 2 languages Italian and Spanish-Portugues and some German.

Ralph is an avid Boater and has a great deal of knowledge of the local waters as well. He is a very active member of Royal Palm Yacht Club and has served as Entertainment Chairman with his wife Cathy for 3 years. He is the proud ower and Captain of his 42 ft. Sea Ray Sundancer Razzle My Dazzle.

Ralph's customers range from first time home buyers to clients seeking the most prestigious and sought after multi-million dollar waterfront properties.

His motto has always been to never sell a clients an investment that he personally would not purchase.
