  • We focus on, but not limited to Marketing with the “giant”- Homeaway, having 25 websites in their network their entire portfolio of channels are reaching as many as 70 million travelers a month! Attracting new guests and generating new bookings!
  • We prepare a comprehensive Guest Guide for your property, a variety of property details & surrounding area information is entered into the Homeaway system. All rates, calendars and guest correspondence are stored here & professional photos are uploaded to the system to make your property shine!
  • Once your property goes Live, the inquiries begin & we are here to promptly answer any & all questions from future guests, giving them assurance we would be thrilled to accommodate them. We are always available for assistance to guests before, during & even, after their stay. We collect all monies due in advance of reservation, continual bookkeeping and make all necessary outgoing payments to vendors, owners, taxes and refund security deposits to guests.
  • Pre-arrival inspection ensures that your property is “guest ready”. We check the overall cleanliness, working condition of major appliances, guest- special requests & room fragrance for that welcoming touch.
  • Hospitality guest check-in, we meet the guests at the villa and show them around & point out items needed to make their visit as pleasant & comfortable as possible. Every great accommodation has a specifically prepared Guest Guide to give them quick, easy access to property details, surrounding area, points of interest and important contact information.
  • During the guest stay, we will provide to them continuing communication for any assistance they desire!
  • Available for prompt maintenance & repair resolution if required.
  • Departure check- out, offers guests an opportunity to voice any praises or suggestions, last minute check through villa for personal items and affirmation for a timely refund of security deposits and a chance for us to thank them personally and invite them for a future stay!
  • Professional Cleanings will be done after or before every guest, including when friends and family stay at your villa. Our professionals will give extra attention to even the smallest of details.
  • We employ only licensed and insured service pros, maintenance, repair & cleaning staff.
  • We offer on site availability for most of the above services and occasional meet & greet for deliveries or miscellaneous needs. We are happy to assist however and whenever possible.
